Recyclable packaging involves trade-offs. Here's what each route actually gives up, so you can pick with your eyes open instead of buying a logo on a bag.

Recyclable pouches, a mailer box and paper packaging

Recyclable as standard

Every build we quote can go down a recyclable route. It isn't an upsell, it's the default starting point.

Single-material when it counts

Fully recyclable builds use one material family so the pack can be recycled whole instead of separated.

Right-sized on purpose

We size boxes and pouches to the product. Less air shipped means less material, lower freight and less waste.

The three routes

Standard recyclable

Recyclable through common drop-off streams, with the widest choice of finishes.

100% fully recyclable

Single-material build designed to be recycled whole. Our greenest route.

Compostable

Certified compostable film or paper for brands that need it on the label.

The honest part

Fully recyclable and compostable builds limit some finishes and barrier combinations, and they usually cost a little more per unit. Where that matters for what you're packing, we'll tell you before you commit — and suggest the closest build that still works.
